I bought it because he loves Green Eggs and Ham the story, but in fact it is the first film on this collection, The Sneetches, that is his favourite-- and mine! (My son aged 3 1/4 years and me aged 33 years!!). The music and lyrics are unbelieveably catchy. Very 70s and very very funny. Some of them I couldn't make out, but my 3 year old could and between us we can sing the whole thing (and that's no small feat!). The other favourite is Grinch Night. I was a child in the 70s and also grew up in the USA, but I never saw these short animated films that clearly must have been TV specials. But they are WONDERFUL. You will find yourself helplessly singing it over and over.
