Like my review title says, it's hard to tell if you're even getting any performance here, never mind value for money. It's something that could only come from close monitoring over a long time period and after buying a large amount of cartridges, so I suspect that there might just be a good-ish element of bluff involved. Plus, there's a complete absence of instructions for operation of the program on the single sheet of paper in the cd box. However, I WAS promptly assisted by e-mail by someone at the manufacturer's 'customer services' department. This lead me to notice that the program had not installed correctly using the 'installation' program on the disc, but everything went ok using Windows "Control Panel". No doubt it will be appreciated most by those who use their colour printers a lot but, for most of us, 'Normal / Draft' will do fine.
