ABOUT THE SONIC CAT REPELLERThe sonic cat repeller incorporates a PIR detection system, which constantly monitors a fan shaped area of a 98 degree arc up to a distance of 12 metres.The protected area is over 120sq metres of unobstructed space. The sonic cat repeller detects animals moving into this space and triggers a burst of continuously variable ultrasound, with frequency between 18,000 HZ an 24,000 Hz to repel them.It comes with a test button, which drops the frequency enabling the user to check the unit is functioning properly.The sonic cat repeller is powered by 2 9v alkaline batteries.
