I have now bought at least 6 copies of this for people I know who are setting up home and wanting to start making progress in the culinary jungle and I am about to buy anther one today its that good.

He may have a kitchen range worth the price of a small house but in this book he gives good advice on a vast range of food an excellent book for beginners, average and expert cooks every where.

Can I get a signed copy next time please!!

No nonsense, no frills, just full of excellent ideas with many variations on classical recipes. The book is regularly in use both for everyday cooking AND special occasions. All recipes are well explained in a minimum of words and are in the main straight forward. I like the small one-line comments offering alternative variations. When is the next one coming out Woz? Please make it soon!

Truly excellent book. Well polished and illustrated, the recipes are what you would expect of a worldly, experienced, award winning chef who likes good food.

His recipes have depth and sophistication, combining new and familar flavours, but without being complicated.

This is our favorite cookbook. Great book Woz!

Bought this book for my wife this Christmas time and ended up reading bits of it before wrapping. I tried AWT's Bacon Sarni this morning and nearly had to undo the wrapping to try something else tomorrow. Lots of interesting stuff written in AWT's light hearted slightly rebelious style. Buy it and love it!

You never cease to amaze me Wozza. MOGB to AWT from Menage a Trois to Woz & Wiz. Is there any limit to your talent? A fantastic book that brings your excellent foresight into food patterns to us at home. Keep it up squire!
