This book finally gave me the insight in sourdough that I needed. It gave me also the insight in the various grains on the market and the various types of wheat and stuff like that. Many nice details. Very informative and got me totally into sourdough again, which we love anyway, now its just easier to make.

If you are serious about baking your own bread this is a book to have. Everything from the history of Sourdough starters to recipes for Bread Machine, including very passionate words about how the author become interested in sourdough. It has a make a big difference for me and It will certainly do it for you too!
