Great long loaf bread May 6, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This breadmaker makes good bread and in a nice long-loaf style so lacking in many breadmakers. I got this breadmaker as a present and I use it all the time.
This breadmaker is amazingly efficient and you hardly need any yeast to make a loaf that rises well. Initially I thought it didn't work well until I realised that I was overdoing the yeast by miles. I didn't like the recipes that came with the machine, but that is personal preference, and I have managed to create recipes to my own taste with relative ease. It also makes fantastic dough for any recipe for cooking in the oven: I made monster hot cross buns as a results of its kneading capabilites!
I don't think this is a breadmaker for beginners as you need to understand a little bit about breadmaking to get maximum performance - so if you are disappointed do a little reading on the science of breadmaking and you'll be well away.
DONT BUY IT March 20, 2006 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I got this machine in jan 06,well it was a load of rubish. It couldent make a decent loaf at all.Ive had all sorts of breadmakers, ones that breakdown mid way bakeing, cookworks that wont come out of the tin.Best one so far was a Breville, but just after ayear thats broke as well.So now i am waiting for my new one from AMAZON a panasonic. I do hope this one will be the best so far reading the reviews i dont think i can go wrong.

fantastic breadmaker November 30, 2005 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I ordered this breadmaker after carefully reading all the reviews on most of the top bread makers. I am so glad i went for this one! I received it yesterday and already made a loaf which was gorgeous. The instructions are easy to follow and the screen clear to use. It is at a fantastic price (retails everywhere else at £60+) and the shape of the loaf is what puts the icing on the cake. I'm looking forward to using it for other receipes too. Forget the rest too pricey anyway, go for this one!
Fantastic Breakmaker November 10, 2005 14 out of 14 found this review helpful
The only thing I regret is not buying this breadmaker before! It makes the most divine bread, rolls, pizzabases etc. Ive been making my own bread for quite some time and it is a very time consuming job. This machine takes all the hard work away. It is easy to use and has a very informative user guide with some good recipes to get you going. I really recommend this machine. I would advise getting this particular model as it makes a traditional shaped long loaf. Other models make a more square shaped loaf which doesnt last as long and is harder to cut as it is taller too.
