need to put on weight? here's how September 7, 2008
I got this book when my second child was born, another baby later i am still baking despite having very little time spare in the day! Nice and easy to use with the potential to add your own creativity without having a disaster. The muffins turn out fantastic!! My neighbours and friends think i am a genius lol!! I especially like the banana muffins with added oats and chocolate chips the hubby and kids love them plus its great for using up fruit thats starting to get past its best.

I received my copy of this brill book yesterday and have already produced a batch of delicious Butterscotch Raisin Muffins mmmm.
I was a little disappointed when i saw the size of the book, thinking there couldnt be much to it, but there are so many variations to the recipes and loads of ways to adapt the recipes to your taste that I wont need another muffin cookbook.
It literally took me ten minutes to have a batch of muffins ready for the oven and believe me being 25 weeks pregnant and with a craving for something sweet, this book is a godsend

This is the best muffin cookbook you can own in my opinion - I have many but I don't even look at the others now. Don't be put off with the small price and the book being thin - you will love every recipe. Quality not quantity. Would highly recommend.

Since buying this book I have not stopped making muffins... What can I say, its quick, easy and delicious.... all my family and friends love them... If you are a muffin lover then this is a must buy. It beats the pre packaged muffins from the supermarkets anyday! Highly reccommended

I bought this book three weeks ago. I tried two recipes and both have exceeded my expectations. This is the first time that I make muffins and have no left overs. Everyone in the house loved it. Looking forward to making more from this book.
