The large print should have given me some warning. Any quote/ fact is padded out and repeated relentlessly, and there is nothing in it that has not been in the press. The real Jamie Oliver has been dumbed and numbed down, and the style of writing is patronising and facile.There is nothing in this book to convey the energy and charisma of the subject. I wonder if it was authorised? I feel that I have been really ripped off. Possibly the worst book of this genre that I have ever read.
