All the Spam on SPAM September 27, 2005
I grew up with Spam sandwiches everyday. (Early 1960's) Hated the stuff. My parents must've loved it. Dad always got it in his lunchbox. I was told not to complain. My mother should have had this cookbook. We still would have had Spam for meals, but done in a variety of ways.
It's a colourful book, telling the reader how Spam became Spam.

I hosted a dinner party using only this book, which was an amazing success! I particually enjoyed the roasted spam, the Spam souffle and the spam soup! All i can say is...

Absolutely brilliant! April 25, 2001
What a great little book. Ideal for a present for any friend who is over 30 and remembers being served Spam Fritters at school.

I bought this for a friend's 40th and he loved it. How many of the recipes he's tried I don't know but I know he was willing to experiment.

Buy it and have fun!
