I ordered this to give me some ideas for my 3 year old, thinking it would be recipes made from wholesome ingredients. It's not, it tells you to use packets of this and tins of that, mostly American brand names. One recipe even calls for you to use a pack of Jell-o! (American for jelly, usually made from gelatin and artificial flavourings with a sprinkle of E numbers). It was so useless I sent it back for a refund. So much for American dieticians, they can't even use un-processed ingredients..no wonder they have obesity and hyperactivity problems. Definately not recommended, as it's not healthy eating and half the ingredients it calls for are not available in the UK.
