All wonderful vegetarian food and lots of illustrated, full colour pictures so that you can see the end result before trying the recipe.Some of these seasonal menus cover special occasion cooking such as a late spring picnic for 4 people, a summer lunch in the garden for 4 people or a summer family barbecue for 8 to 10 people.
When it gets to autumn she suggests a harvest supper party for 8, a halloween party for 10 to 12 people and finally, in winter Christmas dinner for 6 and a winter buffet for 10 to 12 people.
Also included in the book are many helpful hints, tips, suggestions and general cookery ideas.
I like the fact that the author gives a countdown with the special menus so that you can prepare well in advance of say giving a late spring picnic or summer family barbecue.
If you enjoy cooking and are vegetarian or want to try vegetarian food then you will probably enjoy trying the menus in this book.
