This book takes some reading and understanding but when you start to adopt the method you should never go hungry. Having read about this I thought perhaps I can manage this regime. I love cheese and meat. I have lost weight for the first time in 25 years WITHOUT hunger.

I've been dieting since I was a child, although I've always had a very nice figure. tried everything from "fit for life" to all sorts of "watermelon for a week" methods. With Montignac, not only that I've learned that dieting is harmful and we SHOULD eat well in order to feel well, but I also got rid of chronic headaches that came because of the sugar problem he describes in his book. Masterpiece!!

I thoroughly recommend 'Eat Yourself Slim' - the author's method of food combining really works, and you find that ou can eat more than you did before, but just in different combinations.
