Brilliant Guide!! Highly recommended, Must have! February 19, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
My mother was diagnosed over a year or so now and this book is the first book to offer good flour mixes (which if you've had a go know is very tricky to get right) and there are simple guides all the way through, including their flour mix to match their recipe. I have struggled to get recipes right but this is a brilliant aid, (I recommend the almond biscuits!!) Definitely add this to your book collection!
Gluten-free made easy April 20, 2007 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
Perfect for my needs and I'd highly recommend it to anyone on a gluten-free diet. Not only is it perfect as a guide for Coeliacs but also as a cookery book in and of itself. Very informative, with great recipes and instructions. If you're looking for one to buy then this is the one for you.
Peter Thomson - I thank you June 3, 2000 62 out of 65 found this review helpful
This arrived from Amazon only yesterday so I haven't tried the recipes but it looks like the best Coeliac Cookbook that I've ever found. Great for us Coeliac Diabetics too! Written by a Coeliac sufferer. Imperial and Metric measurements given (no American or Australian 'cup' measures to convert), variations on recipe ingredients also given. Excellent section on food properties. All ingredients widely available - even overseas. If you want a Coeliac Cookbook, buy this one.
a good basic cookbook March 25, 2000 36 out of 38 found this review helpful
this cookbook is full of clear, easy to follow recipies, that produce good results, the bread recipies dont include brand specific products, which is good.
