Not content with helping people achieve their daily intake of fruit, innocent have gone all out (for the second time) to produce a book enabling the consumer, armed with juicers, blenders and a happy-go-lucky nature to create their own great tasting smoothies.

The book is jam packed (literally) with fantastic recipes, lovely pictures and it will make you smile.

I liked the first book so much I bought two of the recommended blenders, went and got the book signed at their offices, and got their company logo tattooed on my person. Now I'm healthier than ever, and happier than ever (but can't give blood for six months).

If I was a tree, I'd want to be cut down, pulped and made into paper that went towards producing this book.

But I'm not, so I'll settle for preordering it. You should too.
