I'm not sure if this book will bring out all your ailments and health problems before giving you a healthy eating option to put them right!

But it certainly can't do any harm to have the book to hand. These days we don't look after our health half enough and we certainly should.

Buy the book and congratulations to the author; you'll probably live longer if you follow at least some of the foodie ideas and just maybe some of the options may prove very tasty as well!!

Really intresting book with great information, only bad point is that quite a number of points conflict with previous books? but really it is worth a read!!

wow, if you needed a book with all the answers to your health woes this certainly seems to be it! i've already referred to it a number of times and it is just soooo useful. It will be as useful to everyone as a Thesaurus is to a writer!!!!! :-)
